Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
Sentie Inc. (“Sentie”, “we”) operates sentie.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Customer project material is covered separately
This policy covers the website only.
Material a customer sends us as part of an engagement — requests for quotation, drawings, specifications, pricing, supplier information, and anything we produce from it — is Customer Data. It is governed by the Sentie Customer Agreement and the applicable non-disclosure agreement, not by this policy. We handle Customer Data on the customer’s instructions. The customer owns it, and it is never used to train AI models or used for any other customer.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
Your name, business email address, company, telephone number if you provide one, and anything you choose to include when you contact us, arrange a meeting, or send us material.
Information collected automatically
IP address and the approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Campaign information
If you reach the site from a printed code or a campaign link, we record which campaign or code it was, the time of the visit, and basic device information, so we can tell which outreach is working.
We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we do not request payment card details through this website.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and arrange meetings.
- To provide, support and administer our services.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To understand which marketing reaches the right audience.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Cookies, analytics and opt-out signals
We use cookies and similar technologies, including a third-party website analytics service, to understand in aggregate how the site is used — pages visited, time on page, and referring source.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site remains usable if you do.
There is no common industry standard for interpreting “Do Not Track” browser signals, and we do not currently respond to them. Because we do not sell or share personal information, opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control have no further effect on what we do.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf — cloud hosting and infrastructure, website analytics, email, file storage and scheduling, and comparable business tools — and only so far as each needs it to provide that service.
- Professional advisers, such as legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
- Authorities, where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- A successor, if the business is merged, acquired or reorganised.
Customers can request the current list of providers that handle Customer Data under the Customer Agreement.
6. We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done either in the preceding twelve months.
7. Where information is processed
Sentie is a Delaware corporation based in the United States, and personal information collected through this website is stored and processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as the relationship requires, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Analytics and campaign records are kept in aggregate or short-lived form. We delete or anonymise personal information once it is no longer needed.
9. Security
We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@sentie.com. We respond within the period required by law, and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
California residents
California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. As stated in section 6, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Requests go to the same address above.
11. Children
This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Other websites
This site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the date at the top. Material changes are reflected in that date, and where appropriate we notify customers directly.
