Refund Policy


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@sentie.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you shipping instructions

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

  • No exchanges allowed

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our approval email, first check your bank/card statement.

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to post.

  • Still no luck? Email us at support@sentie.com and we’ll investigate.
