Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team at support@sentie.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you shipping instructions
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
No exchanges allowed
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our approval email, first check your bank/card statement.
Then contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to post.
